Ron Havelock is the primary author of The Change Agent's Guide including both previous editions. He is also the author of six prior books, including Acceleration: The Forces Driving Human Progress and Guiding Change in Special Education. He was head of the Knowledge Transfer Institute at American University in Washington, D.C. and was a Research Scientist at the University of Michigan where he studied change processes in business, education, government, medicine and international development.

Alice Fackre is a business and marketing consultant and the founder of Go-to-Market Lab. Originally a software engineer, she found her way into change management by working directly with people impacted by organizational adoption of technology. Through this experience she found the biggest reward in helping people find the power in themselves to innovate and thrive.
